Details:	SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Spoke with Jeff to immediately disinfect your well with the approximately 5ppm chlorine. You indicated you had a worksheet for that already. Only use chlorine bleach that is approved for use on water systems. If you take a sample in to the lab, remember to mark it "special" if you dont want it to count as your monthly samples. You are required to post public notice of the MCL violation. Sent me a copy and hand deliver to each connection is acceptable. Remember you must take 5 temporary routine samples during the month of March. You are required to attain a operators certificate. A list of classed were given to you. After certificate you must register with the state. Gave him a sample form for coliform sampling plan. Showed him the samples that need to be taken ACTION NEEDED: Will set up a time for a survey in the near future.
