Details: SUMMARY: Investigation of prioity Non Complier DETAILS: This system has a score of 11. I emailed Chuck regarding the resolution of a number of violations. I requested that 2 DBP violations and lead and copper be resolved and source sample violation be returned to compliance. If all of these are resolved the system will be back in compliance. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor future sampling
