| Details: | SUMMARY: Priority non-complier (PNC) resolution DETAILS: The system currently is down to 5 points. System samples for nitrate on 3/2/12 and reported to the state on 3/19/12. As the operator indicated the routine sample for the first quarter was taken and reported to resolve the 4th quarter coliform violation. Hans indicated he would take the triggered source sample with the 2nd quarter routine samples. System is no longer a PNC ACTION NEEDED: Monitor further source coliform sample results to RTC violations | ||
