Details: SUMMARY: Routine coliform positive DETAILS: Called Lisa and left a message to let her know about the total coliform positive sample from 4/16/12. I let her know that a triggered source sample will be needed at the well head. She will also need to take 3 repeat samples in the distribution system. I also let her know to take 5 temporary routine samples in May ACTION NEEDED: Monitor follow up samples and respond if necessary
