Details:	SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Sample taken 3/30/12 for first quarter 2012 taken from space 104 was positive for coliform. Spoke with Matt he will take four repeat samples one of which will be marked triggered and taken from the well. Furthermore he will be taking five temporary routine samples in April. ACTION NEEDED: Sample as required above marking samples accordingly
