| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform repeats DETAILS: Repeat coliforms were all positive. Triggered sample for coliform at the source was negative. Michelle received results and called our office. Our staff were all out in the field, so to take care of things in a timely manner, she contacted the state. Fred Kalish responded and advised disinfecting the well and distribution system, administering a tier 2 public notice, and taking 5 temporary routines in June. I follow e up with Michelle on the above plan of action advising to make sure system was cleared of chlorine before taking a distribution sample and making sure to send a copy of the public notice to the state. Communication with Michelle via email attached. ACTION NEEDED: Disinfect system, administer tier 2 public notice take 5 temporary routines in June. | ||
