Details:	SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: Mrs. Avila contacted me stating that her temporary routine samples all came back total coliform positive. I suggested she contact the individual that pulled and cleaned her filter to have him look at the system, maybe the filter was plugged again, broken pipe. She was unsure if the well was shocked after the initial positive which would explain why the repeat samples came back absent and the routines are now are positive. I emailed her a coliform notice to post. ACTION NEEDED: Complete and post public notice figure out what is causing positives and take special samples at source and distribution, if those come back good take five routine samples including a source sample at well, if those are all absent, proceed with normal quarterly sampling starting in July
