Details:	SUMMARY: Inspect final conditions of treatment system improvements DETAILS: System upgrades are all installed and operating. System switched from ferric chloride to ACH as coagulant. Recent changes in weather led to increased breakthrough of material onto Strainrite filters. Discussed various indicators of seasonal changes (consumption of pre-chlorine, rising turbidity, rising pressure drop across filters, dropping pH, material building in sediment trap). Most likely algal growth in source water responsible. Need to increase coagulant dose in response to such changes. O&M manual could use phone contacts sheet near front. pH of raw water 6.9, pH of kitchen water 6.9, pH of boys bathroom water 8.0. Requested copy of schematic drawn by H2O Technologies ACTION NEEDED: Send reminder that plan review fee of $150 is needed.
