Details:	SUMMARY: 1.4ppm chlorine maintained in water. DETAILS: Checked free chlorine in water. Spigot by highway parking area 2ppm chlorine, womens bathroom 2ppm, lower RV space spigot 3 ppm chlorine. Record of free chlorine between April 9 to April 18 above 1.4ppm chlorine. ACTION NEEDED: Maintain a minimum chlorine residual of 1.4ppm. Operator to ensure that the system is working properly, measure and record the chlorine residual daily, record the gallons of water used daily. Fax, send or email the monthly disinfection verification form by the 10th of the following month. 4/25/12 Sent information in letter to owners.
