| Details: | SUMMARY: Significant Deficiency fixed DETAILS: From the 12/1/11 system survey they have now started monthly water assessment sampling. First one being done April 12, 2012. They will complete 12 consecutive months of sampling. They also installed a new raw water sample tap. The original one was hard to get to and sometimes had chlorine residual leak back into the sample after the chlorinator was turned off. Per enclosed picture they have also included a back flow pressure coupling so when the sample tap is turned on the coupling restricts any downstream water that may have chlorine residual from exiting the tap.
