Details:	SUMMARY: Positive coliform repeat samples DETAILS: Spoke to Shirley with Mainline Pump about the repeat sample results. She stated that the system was being shock chlorinated. We discussed taking a special sample to determine if the shock chlorination worked. We discussed the need to take five temporary routine distribution samples in July which would not include a source sample. State shows that they only took three repeat samples not four and a triggered source sample which was absent. This happened on June 29th prior to out conversation. We discussed the need to provide a public notice due to the MCL violation ACTION NEEDED: Wait for results of the special sample after shock chlorination. Wait for result of five temporary routine distribution samples in July. Talk to Shirley about repeat sample requirements to insure they take the proper amount of tests.
