Details:	SUMMARY: SWTR MOR required CT values too high DETAILS: Didnt have time to figure out why the required CT values are too high. Could be the Excel file is looking at the wrong columns. Will resolve when both of us are back from vacation. ACTION NEEDED: call back in late August
