Details:	SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Positive sample from the water tap nearest the well, room 115 ACTION NEEDED: 4 repeat samples. The original sample was taken from the sample nearest the well. There is no source water tap on this well so there will be no triggered sample. Operators were advise of the necessity for a raw water sample tap during the last survey. 5 temporary routine samples to be taken July 2012 from distribution. Provide a raw water sample tap on the well.
