| Details: | SUMMARY: Survey follow up DETAILS: 6/14/12 David submitted a formal response to our Water System Survey (WSS) report. The response detailed corrective actions planed for all outstanding deficiencies. 6/18/12 a site visit was performed to observe completed corrections. Today the remaining issues were reviewed. James N indicated via phone that plans had been submitted on 7/16/12 for Cascade Meadows Main Extension Project. As well, it was determined the submitted corrective action plan is significantly detailed to be assured that there issues may be determined to be resolved. Issues were: The roof of the Dry Creek Reservoir has loose bolt/screws causing a potential entry for rain water. The Styrofoam plugs that seal the openings of the steel roof material against entry of small animals was not properly packed into the holes. In some cases, it was hanging from the roof openings leaving large opening that could easily be accessed by a small rodent to bird. Cross Connection Control Testing and report submission ACTION NEEDED: Follow stated plan | ||
