Details:	SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: Spoke with George am of 6/28/12 regarding recent sample results showing presence of coliforms. Though he took the correct number of temporary routines as follow up to march coliforms found present they should have been done in April rather than June. All 5 June samples showed coliform present. The number of times chlorine residual had been documented he estimated to be a half dozen times and believed the levels to be ok. We discussed how to identify potential problems including documenting residual day as a way to quickly identify any chlorination problem. We discussed the requirement to take one sample from the wellhead and 4 repeat samples scattered from around the park plus the possibility of doing public notification based on the results on samples he intended to submit today. I asked him to contact me with results tomorrow. ACTION NEEDED: 4 repeats and one source. Will discuss requirement to take 5 temporary routines in July after results from repeats are reviewed. Call health department if any of the repeats or temp routines show coliform present.
