Details: SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: This is a follow up to the on going situation regarding the above alert. The system was shock chlorinated by the operators on 6/24. Additionally, the system s has gone ahead and installed a chloriantor. At the time of my field visit on 6/20 I explained the plan review process that would be required befoe going ahead and installing. On 6/26 I spoke with Rogue Valley Pump who was also aware of the plan review process but sstated the sytem was eager to get the chlorinator installed for peace of mind purposes. Rogue Valley pump further mentioned that Scott C was out the week of 6/25 and agin the system was eager to get it installed. Upon Scotts return we will work through the plan review process. I spoke with Caolon 6/29 and she stated the tier one notice was still in effect and that also they were serving bottled water. She asked if whe could get the water tested today and I told her to wai unti Monday as this would be a new month and the 5 routine samples could be taken at that time. ACTION NEEDED: Plan review for chlorinator. Take 5 routine samples
