| Details: | SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: I received notice of an Ecoli alert afternoon of 6/14 around 4pm. I notified the state I had received their message and then I attempted to make contact with the system. I left a detailed message with the system on 6/14 about next steps. I also called the lab and Grants Pass lab has attempted to make contact with the system via email. I received a voice mail from the system on 6/15 that they got my message and would submit the 4 repeat samples on 6/15. Because this is a Friday we will not have results until sometime on 6/18. Further action will be taken at that time depending on the results of the repeat samples. ACTION NEEDED: To be determined awaiting test results of repeat samples. | ||
