Details:	SUMMARY: Positive repeat coliform 6/14/12 DETAILS: I stopped by the camp to ask Dave about the total coliform positive sample results. He indicated the system had inadvertently been on the back up well for the past 6 months. They switched on the main well without disinfecting or flushing. He said that they should have flushed the well to waste before being used full time. He indicated the day after the results they disinfected both wells along with the reservoir. I let him know that he will need to take 5 temporary routine samples in the month of July. I also recommended a special sample to determine the disinfections was effective. A public notice template was left with Dave and I asked him to provide a completed copy to this office so a copy could be forwarded to the state as well as a file copy. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain copy of public notice. Monitor further sampling and follow up if needed.
