Details:	SUMMARY: 3rd straight monthly MCL vio. DETAILS: This is 3rd straight monthy for a MCL violation. We discussed the system and the possibility of stratification in the storage tank. OAWU was able to make an on-site visit week of 8/13. It appears the second tank has its intake and outflow on the bottom of the tank and there is no mixing. OAWU went over ways to try and force some flow in the meantime to get the situation resolved. Tom also was going to batch chloinate the 2nd tank. System will need to consider tank modifications to reduce the liklihood of this happening in the future. System to issue public notice at the end of Aug. with monthly water bill. ACTION NEEDED: Issue public notice and send copy to OHA. System to look at ways to replumb 2nd tank to promote mixing.
