Details:	SUMMARY: Non reporting coliform DETAILS: I informed Terri of the violation. She checked her records and noted she had not tested 1st quarter 2012. She has tested this quarter but did not send in the test results to the state. I reminded her to do that and also to post a public notice for the violation and send in a copy to the state. ACTION NEEDED: Test result in on time for 2nd quarter 2012 and in future. Public notice for monitoring violation and send in copy to state.
