Details: SUMMARY: Priority Non-Complier (PNC) DETAILS: System has had problems ongoing with coliforms. They have sampled as required super chlorinated the system often. The system issued public notices as required. The system discovered the sampling site and the technique used in sampling may have lead to most of the problems. Water Lab had been taking the samples and the sample tap was basically in a hole. Water Lab not longer takes the samples and Mr. Summers has been following the directions on sample collection starting in the April 2012 samples. The system successfully sampled the required samples and all are negative for coliform. The system taken the Feb sample- negative for coliform and the March sample is at the lab. The system should be returned to compliance for MCL exceedance. An email has been sent to Chuck Michael requesting RTC ACTION NEEDED: Return to monthly sampling for coliform at alternating sites at the minimum
