Details:	SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: Positive coliform result for 2nd quarter routine sample. Mr. Christianson stated one repeat sample was obtained on 6/29/12 and tested negative for total coliform Another 3 repeat samples were obtained on 7/2/12 for testing. One repeat sample was from source. Results are pending. ACTION NEEDED: If repeats are negative firm must obtain 5 routine samples by 7/31/12
