| Details: | SUMMARY: Repeat total coliform positive 8/16/12 DETAILS: I contacted Dan to let him know about the positive total coliform positive samples. He indicated the chlorinator feed tube weight had come off. This allowed the tube to float up to the surface pulling air and losing the prime. The weight has been replace and the system has been reprimed. I emailed a public notice template to Kate Hoots. She indicated she will send out the notice in the next billing in a week. She will also send me a completed copy to this office. I will forward it to the state. I let them know that 5 temporary routine samples will be due in Sept ACTION NEEDED: Obtain the completed public notice and monitor follow up samples. | ||
