Details:	SUMMARY: Inquiry on violations DETAILS: Returned operator call pertaining to violation for late reporting of lead and copper. Received information from operator for lead and copper results for January 2012. Upon reviewing 2011 system survey and state website determined that system missed 1st six month round of lead and copper testing due prior to 12/13/12 and the violation was because of this. Reminded by phone message that 2nd round is due by 12/31/12. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor to make sure lead and copper are sampled and review frequencies reductions.
