Details:	SUMMARY: Two Temporary routines collected 7/2/12 tested TC+ DETAILS: 7/3/12 I spoke with Doug and informed him that the two TC+ samples constitute an MCL violation and require a Tier 2 public notice (I emailed him the template). I added that no repeat samples are due in this case (MCL violation) and that the next samples due are five temp routines in August. His is going to call Scott Curry to discuss continuous disinfection. 8/6/12 Five temporary routines tested coliform negative. 8/9/12 Scott Curry sent letter approving the re-installation of a continuous chlorination system at ER-A. ACTION NEEDED: Five temp routines is August.
