| Details: | SUMMARY: MCL - repeat total coliform positive for sample date 6/12 DETAILS: David Jacob called this office to let me know that the repeat samples were positive but the source sample was absent. He feels that the system needs residual maintenance chlorination for the distribution system. David let me know that he wants to install a chlorinator at the entry point. I let him know that he will need to go through plan review and to contact Marsha Fox. He also said that he will have Mike Stone sent out a public notice to users. I asked to be sure a copy is sent to DWP. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain public notice. Monitor follow up sampling. | ||
