| Details: | SUMMARY: MCL 2 routine total coliform positive samples for sample date 8/7/12 DETAILS: I contacted David Jacob regarding the 2 positive samples for sample date 8/7. He indicated that the new chlorinator was non functional and was anticipating total coliform positive samples so he took 2 samples. He indicated that the chlorinator has since been repaired. He said an updated total coliform public notice will be provided to the customers. I asked that a copy be sent to DWP and this office. I let him know that source samples will be needed all three wells if all three wells were in operation. He said that all three wells were indeed operating so he would take source samples at all three wells. I let him know that 5 samples will be needed in September. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain public notice. Monitor follow up sampling. | ||
