Details:	SUMMARY: Regulatory Assistance DETAILS: I met with Ted and Kaye regarding the survey deficiencies for 2 hours to explain and discuss solutions. The well head now has a cement pad and a building that will be insulated and locked. The raw water tap is planned to be installed. System will be placed as seasonal, normally closed from January through April. The missing tests are in this period. A plan review fee to be sent to be finalized and a hazard review of the propane tank storage proximity. The well now has an acceptable screened vent. I helped Kaye fill out the coliform plan and discussed necessary elements for the Operations and Emergency Manual. Kaye will send in the completion form that the plans have been finalized. The system is planning to final completion of the deficiencies in the next three weeks. ACTION NEEDED: Once the Emergency completion form has been received, and the Plan Review complete, the system will be in full compliance.
