Details: SUMMARY: Flushing frequency DETAILS: MIOX recommended more frequent flushing. MIOX told Lakeside a 0.4 to 0.6 mg/L residual could be maintained once all biofilm was out of the system. Removing the biofilm would take multiple, frequent flushing. I told Marty Lakeside could go back to their normal flushing schedule as long as they maintain a detectable residual everywhere in the distribution system. Eventually, any biofilms will be removed from the system if MIOX is so capable. ACTION NEEDED: none
