Details: SUMMARY: Monthly Disinfection Monitoring Violation DETAILS: Hi Doug, I found the template you need to post. Please fill out the attached public notice and post to all tenants, send back a copy to my office so I can notify the State Office and bring the water system back into compliance. Make Sure the water system is staying within the chlorine residual of 0.03 mg/l or above the to maintain the 4-Log inactivation viruses. Chucks email is charles.e.michael@state .or.us. I would check with him to see if the State received a copy of the disinfection log for the month of August. You can always scan/email it to the database team. System will still receive a violation for being late but at least you can get it in. Just make sure to mark your calendar for reminder for next month. Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks!
