Details:	SUMMARY: A repeat sample collected 7/16/12 tested TC+ DETAILS: 7/18/12 a repeat sample collected 7/16/12 tested TC+. I spoke with Mark Goodman (person doing the sampling for this water system) about this sample-- it was collected at a connection (the “Fire Hall”) that has not been in use regularly. Additionally, after collecting the sample, Mark was informed (by Ron Ormond) that the fire hall is an UNTREATED connection. Based on these factors, and after consulting with Scott Curry, I submitted a sample invalidation request to DMCE. 8/13/12 Spoke with Chuck Michael regarding the invalidation request-- decision needs to be made at management level. Chuck agree to let me know when decision is reached.8/16/12 Five temporary routines collected-- all tested coliform absent. 8/31/12 Per Joe Carlson, sample will be invalidated and MCL violation will be removed. ACTION NEEDED: No further action needed.
