Details:	SUMMARY: Provided information on response plan for coliform positive results. Local lab is handling repeat DETAILS: Firm’s lab service provider is collecting the 5 repeat immediately and will be conducting the repeats next month. Mr Singh will follow up with the lab to verify activity. ACTION NEEDED: 5 repeat samples within the current month and 5 additional repeats next month. A positive sample on these repeats will be considered a confirmation of coliform present in the drinking water and will require Notice of the facility.
