Details: SUMMARY: Alert follow up contact, repeat sample results, need boil water notice. DETAILS: One of the 5 repeats was positive for total coliform, need for a “Boil Water Notice”. I spoke with Brandon Beachamp and asked him to assess the reservoir and to flush the system as much as possible and to increase the chlorine residual in the system to at least .5ppm. ACTION NEEDED: Boil water Notice is needed and then confirmation samples need to be taken, if results are good, then the boil water notice goes may be taken down after confirming with NCPHD.
