Details: SUMMARY: Violation follow up DETAILS: System submitted August chlorine chart on the 12th, two days late and received late reporting violation. Called Mitch and discussed. He said they were very busy at the lodge that week. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to submit chlorine residual chart monthly no later than the 10th of the following month
