Details:	SUMMARY: MCL - 2 of 5 temp routine coliform positive for sample date DETAILS: Jane contacted this office to let me know about two positive samples. I let her know that since two of the samples were positive there was no need for taking repeat samples as they are a MCL for total coliform. She indicated that they will start chlorinating the system again. She had hoped when she took over the system that she would be able to discontinue chlorination. The system has had a number of positive coliform samples in the distribution system. None of the source samples have been positive for coliform samples. I let her know that an updated public notice would be needed. I let her know that 5 temp routine samples will be needed for the month of October. I also let her know that source samples will be needed. ACTION NEEDED: Obtain public notice & monitor future sample results.
