Details:	SUMMARY: PNC Investigation Follow-up DETAILS: 5/11/12-- I contacted Melvin and Silas regarding the 10 violations the system has (system score of 12) to make sure they were aware. 5 of the violations are for chemical (SOC, VOC, IOC, AS) late reporting in 2010. Since the same tests are due again this 3 year monitoring period, Silas said he would schedule them for 6/1/12. Those violations will be rtc’d. The system has 4 violations for not taking monthly source assessment samples. Silas mentioned they do not have an adequate raw water tap at the well and will begin source assessment sampling as soon as they install one. Melvin mentioned he has already started talking to a well driller to drill a new well and abandon the current well through he couldn’t give me a timeline on when it would be done. There is 1 other violation (PN for TCR) that I am manually requesting OHA DWS to rct. Update-- 9/20/12 – WS no longer PNC. Chemical reporting violations have been RTC, WS has switched wells (now using SRC BA) due to e coli contamination. SRC AA is inactive. I have sent a request to Tom Pattee to determine if a monthly GWR assessment schedule is required for SRC BA. ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on assessment monitoring for active well.
