Details:	SUMMARY: Positive Coliform in routine sample DETAILS: Call to Oregon Shores – Stan Spencer will contact me Olsen and have him return my call. Call to Oregon Shores again, explained to Stan Spencer that additional samples need to be taken today. Stan Spencer will call Mr Olsen’s cell phone again and leave another message. Call from Derrick Olsen, he is now in charge of the water system. Remove Tony Olsen and change to Derrick with the appropriate phone number. Derrick will be sampling 9/14/12. He is out of town today. ACTION NEEDED: 4 repeat samples Friday 9/14/12 Identify and resolve problem 5 temporary routine samples October 2012.
