Details:	SUMMARY: WSS Follow-up from original survey date 12/28/11 DETAILS: System had damaged siding on the pump house at time of survey. This allowed entry of rodents with rodent dropping present. The siding has been patched and there are no current signs of rodent activity. Also during the original survey paints and other chemicals were being stored in the pump house. On this date there was no paint or other un-necessary chemicals being stored in the pump house. The system was lacking an initial arsenic at the time of survey. The system sampled for arsenic on 2/22/12 and reported to DWS on 3/5/12. ACTION NEEDED: System needs to complete ERP.
