Details: SUMMARY: Discussed Lead and Copper (L&C) invalidation DETAILS: Met owner and operator on site to discuss L&C sapling. The site that was high was the womens restroom sink located in a remote warehouse that had been inactive for months prior to the test. System asked for the sample to be invalidated and it was. I informed the system that they would needed to do a new round of samples this summer. Chuck M. recalculated the 90% and now they are above the lead alert level instead of copper. We decided to just keep the 5 samples that were submitted and keep it at the copper alert level. Once the site samples this month we can get the violation resolved if below the action level. ACTION NEEDED: none
