Details:	SUMMARY: Nitrate above half mcl for both wells DETAILS: There is no action required. The system has already completed quarterly monitoring for nitrate and is now doing annual testing again in the highest quarter which is the 4th quarter. This is the same for both wells. I have informed the system of this as they may be unclear due to a new operator. ACTION NEEDED: None
