Details:	SUMMARY: Lead and copper DETAILS: Phone call with Cindy regarding lead and copper (L&C) violation. She was under the impression she was under the yearly sampling schedule. After further investigation she does in fact qualify to go to yearly scheduling for lead and copper. I submitted a schedule change for her on 8/10/12 Included in this contact report is a coop of her lead and copper results that show her last three samples were in compliance. ACTION NEEDED: none
