| Details: | SUMMARY: Priority Non complier (PNC) resolution DETAILS: The system previously had a score of 14. The system had a number of lead and copper (L&C) non reporting violations. System sampling in May, 2012 to resolve the previous L&C violations. System has installed a chlorinator to resolve the two coliform MCL violations. The system went through plan review approval for the chlorinator. The system score has been reduced to 4. There are a few source sample violations that I will discuss with David. ACTION NEEDED: Continue to monitor to prevent the system from becoming a PNC again. | ||
