Details:	SUMMARY: Coliform alert DETAILS: I talked to matt about the detections. They have submitted plan review for residual maintenance chlorination to DWP and plan on maintaining a 0.5ppm chlorine residual. Matt took a special source sample in September that was good. He feels the contamination is from the distribution. He has been working with Shiloh water systems getting the system disinfected and chlorinator operational. I reminded Mat to take 4 more repeat samples another triggered source sample and 5 temporary routines o October. I also mentioned the annual source assessment sample that will be required starting in 2013 ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on additional monitoring and PR for residual maintenance.
