The receptionist stated that matt and Sherry were out of area and would not be able to be reached until Monday 10/1/12 ACTION NEEDED: Make contact with Matt or Sherry on 10/1/12 so they can perform the following: 4 repeat tests, 1 at laundry room sink 1 upstream, 1 downstream, 1 at well. Awaiting results.
