| Details: | SUMMARY: Ecoli in source assessment sample DETAILS: I called and spoke with Tony about the sample and confirmed it was raw water assessment sample taken from the well prior to the UV treatment. The sample was reported as routine and I sent a request to the state to change it to assessment. Tony mentioned he was about to leave in one hour for a trip out of state. I told him it was urgent to get 5 raw water assessment samples right away. He said he could not do it until Monday Oct 29th. I told him I could deliver 5 sample bottles to the Inn today if he could have someone collect and return the samples to waterlab. He agreed and I delivered the bottles today 10/23. The samples will be collected and turned in on 10/24. Tony thought they would be OK with the existing UV treatment but I let him know it is an inadequate treatment device if they have confirmed Ecoli ACTION NEEDED: Follow up on 5 assessment samples should know something on 10/25 and advise system | ||
