Details:	SUMMARY: Confirmation sample positive for coliform DETAILS: 5 repeat samples taken 9/28/12 positive for coliform. Mr. Romary has disinfected the well and will take special samples to ensure safety of the water. We discussed the public notice that is now required. There have been changes in the water system in the past year. There is now only 6 residences and 18 people on the system. 3 residences have connected to another well. ACTION NEEDED: Resolve problem. Public notice for unresolved coliform bacteria. 5 temporary routine samples in October 2012
