Details:	SUMMARY: Positive coliform 9/4/12 DETAILS: Terry informed me the arsenic treatment system is being installed at this time and that a coliform sample was collected during the installation process. I informed Terry of the 24 hour triggered and repeat sampling requirement and we discussed the violation process. Terry indicated that repeat and triggered samples would not be collected right away due to the installation of the treatment system. I also informed Terry of the five temp routines due in October. ACTION NEEDED: One triggered and four repeat samples due within 24 hours-- five temporary routines due in October.
