Details: SUMMARY: Coliform monitoring violation DETAILS: System did not sample for 3rd quarter. Called left message for Mr. Oswald regarding need to sample to get back in compliance. 10/29/12 Return call from Russell. They were under the impression that only one coliform sample per seasonal year was required. Discussed requirement for 2nd and 3rd quarter sampling given the months of the year the system is open to the public. Also discussed annual source sample system did 2012 in May already. System is closed for the year. Thus will be out of compliance until 2nd quarter 2012. ACTION NEEDED: Monitor for sampling compliance spring 2013
