Details:	SUMMARY: Positive coliform DETAILS: Warner called and asked about repeat sampling for a coliform positive w3ell assessment sample. We talked about that being a non alert and no action was required. The next day we spoke again and discovered when the alert arrive that it was in fact a routine sample not an assessment sample. He stated Jason fro Analytical lab would be coming to take the repeat samples and triggered source samples. We talked about the system having 0ppm chlorine when the sample was taken. Warner stated he was working to increase the residual in the system. We talked about changing the contact information on the web-site as Warner is no longer in charge. The system is due for a survey before December 31 and we talked about updating information when the survey occurs. The system has discontinued use of well #2 due to very low flow and went through plan review for the start up of a new well which has been tested and is now on line ACTION NEEDED: Wait for results of the repeat samples
