Details:	SUMMARY: CT Tracer Study DETAILS: The City of Clatskanie owns and operates a water treatment plant (WTP) and distribution system that serves a population of approximately 2,400 people through approximately 837 connections within the system. Water is treated from West and Roaring Creeks. Scott Schulda with the City of Clatskanie contacted HBH to provide assistance with performing a CT tracer Study. HBH visited water system and developed tracer testing methodology. ACTION NEEDED: Perform tracer testing.
